Overview
Anxiety Fitness ("we", "us") is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform, including the Anxiety Fitness mobile app and website. These Child Safety Standards explain our prohibited-conduct rules, how users can report concerns, how we respond, and how to reach our dedicated child safety point of contact.
These standards apply to all content and behaviour on Anxiety Fitness โ community posts, wins, questions, comments, chats, direct messages, rooms, livestreams, profiles, uploaded media, and any other user-generated content or interaction.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This includes, without limitation:
- Any content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor (a person under 18), whether real, AI-generated, animated, illustrated, or otherwise synthetic.
- Sharing, requesting, producing, promoting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or any attempt to develop an inappropriate or sexual relationship with a minor.
- Trafficking, sexualised commentary about minors, or normalising, trivialising, or encouraging the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
There are no exceptions. Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently removed, and we report to the appropriate authorities.
Adults-only platform
Anxiety Fitness is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service, and account creation includes a date-of-birth check to enforce this minimum age. The platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Anxiety Fitness. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will remove it.
How to report child safety concerns
Anxiety Fitness provides an in-app mechanism for user feedback and reporting. Every piece of user-generated content and every user profile can be reported directly from the app:
- Use the Report control on any post, comment, message, room, or profile to flag content that may violate these standards.
- Use the Block control to stop another user from contacting you or seeing your content.
- Email our child safety point of contact directly at peter@anxietyfitness.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
How we respond to CSAM and CSAE
When we identify or receive a report of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we:
- Review reports promptly and prioritise suspected child safety violations.
- Remove violating content and preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- Permanently ban the accounts involved and take action to prevent re-registration.
- Report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests and investigations.
Compliance with child safety laws
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including reporting obligations relating to child sexual abuse material. These standards work alongside our Community Guidelines, Safeguarding Protocol, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
